Splits caller-supplied proposal text into sentences, scores each sentence by normalized non-stopword frequency, and returns the highest-scoring sentences in source order. It does not infer unstated intent, verify claims, or produce an abstractive interpretation.

Standardizes current-minus-baseline change by a supplied scale, applies an explicit direction and weight, clips extreme components, and maps the weighted result to a 0–100 descriptive index. Metric selection and interpretation remain with the caller. It does not obtain data, identify individuals, establish causation, rank residents or justify displacement decisions.

Takes a file digest and answers which released package version it is. Useful for an artefact found in a container layer, a build directory or an attachment with no metadata attached. Hex and base64 input are both accepted and normalised, the digest length is checked against the declared algorithm before anything is fetched, and the response names every matching package version, since one artefact can be published under more than one coordinate.

Aligns caller-labeled dimensions, computes cosine similarity and a normalized L1 difference, and flags drift against a supplied cosine threshold. It does not infer goals from behavior, decide which goal is correct or detect deception; results depend entirely on the supplied vector representation.

Computes weighted pass rates and weighted scores from caller-labeled test outcomes, with deterministic category summaries. It does not run tests, validate labels, measure untested capabilities or establish deployment safety; the result is only as representative as the supplied evaluation set.

Reads the key-tab-value lines of the VE.Direct text protocol, applies the unit scaling that belongs to each key, and decodes the charger state, tracker state and error number into plain text. Multiple blocks in one dump are returned as separate records in order. Keys that are not in the field table are preserved verbatim under unknown_keys rather than guessed at. The checksum line is not verified, since a text export usually no longer carries the original byte framing.

This is an astronomical and geometric calculation, not a forecast. It assumes a cloudless sky and states the models used; real yield is lower whenever there is cloud, haze, snow, soiling or high cell temperature. The system_derate factor covers cabling, controller and temperature losses as one flat number and defaults to 0.8. Shading is not modelled here. Times are UTC. Use the figure as an upper bound for sizing, not as an expected daily production.

Takes two documents, by URL, inline base64 or raw text, extracts the text of each and compares them. Paragraphs are the unit: the answer lists every block that was removed, added, or kept but reworded, and for reworded blocks it names the individual words that went and came, so a single changed number in a long clause is visible instead of the whole clause being flagged. Alongside the content diff a structural comparison reports headings, paragraph, list and table-line counts on both sides.

Searches OpenStreetMap for venues of a chosen kind near a coordinate and reports accessibility as the separate facts it actually consists of: step-free entrance, accessible toilet, lift, designated parking, plus entrance width and step count where recorded.

Called without "fields" it inspects: every AcroForm field of the PDF comes back with its name, type, current value, whether it is required or read-only, the permitted options for dropdowns, radio groups and list boxes, and the character limit of text fields. Called with "fields" it fills exactly those and returns the resulting PDF as base64, together with what each field held before and after.

Searches global news coverage for protest, conflict and diplomatic activity in a region and returns the reporting with source counts, languages, countries of publication and the article links. Ranking is by breadth of coverage rather than by recency, because a story three outlets carry and one three hundred carry look identical in a raw feed, and the number of independent sources is the only signal available here for whether something is significant or merely recent.

Returns the geographic places named in coverage of a topic, each with the number of articles mentioning it, the number of distinct sources, and coordinates where the source supplies them. The distinction the service is built on is between mention and occurrence: an article about a decision taken in Brussels affecting mining in Chile names both places, and reading the resulting map as an event map puts the decision in Chile and the mining in Brussels.

Queries the Sensor.Community live area feed, keeps the newest noise reading per outdoor sensor within the requested radius, and returns nearest readings plus median, p10 and p90 LAeq. It never converts missing sensors into an estimated dB value. Community sensors are indicative rather than calibrated regulatory measurements; no day/night legal limit or property valuation is inferred.

Tokenizes caller-supplied text and counts matches against a small declared English/German unigram lexicon. It reports coverage and a normalized polarity score; it does not understand context, sarcasm, negation, policy merit, or public opinion.

Sorts unique scalar key/value entries through canonical JSON serialization and computes SHA-256. It verifies byte-level agreement with an optional claimed digest only; it does not prove block inclusion, timestamp, signer identity, or chain consensus.

Takes a transcript as text, a public URL or inline base64 and returns what follows from the meeting: the tasks, who is responsible, by when, the decisions that were actually taken, and the questions that stayed open. Every single entry carries the verbatim passage it was drawn from, and that passage is looked up in the transcript before the answer goes out — an exact match or a match after whitespace is normalised.

Takes a contract as text, a public URL or inline base64 — PDF, DOCX, ODT, HTML and Markdown are read — and returns the passages governing the requested topics. Termination, liability, term, payment and jurisdiction are the default; confidentiality, data protection, IP, warranty, force majeure, assignment and notice can be requested as well.

quantum.halowerk.com
Compares caller-supplied Alice and Bob bases, retains matching-basis positions, calculates the quantum bit error rate over caller-selected revealed positions, and returns only a digest and count for remaining demonstration bits. It neither exchanges quantum states nor creates a secret key: all submitted bits are disclosed to this service and must never be used as production key material.

Checks a name against the UK Sanctions List maintained by the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office. Returns each hit with the UK designation ID, the legacy OFSI group ID, the UN reference where the designation mirrors a UN listing, the designation type (individual, entity, ship), the regime regulations under which it was made, whether the designation originates from the UK or the UN, the specific measures imposed (asset freeze, travel ban, trust services, director disqualification and…

Takes a text as text, a public URL or inline base64 — PDF, DOCX, ODT, HTML and Markdown are read — and returns it as a graph: the people, organisations, places, products, documents and events it names, and the relations it states between them. Every relation carries the sentence it came from word for word, plus the character offset and line where that sentence stands, and each of those quotes is looked up in the source text before the answer goes out: an exact match, or a match after whitespace…

Builds amino-acid k-mer sets, calculates Jaccard similarity, and finds the highest contiguous identity between each supplied epitope and any equal-length window of the query. It does not predict immune binding, allergenicity, cross-reactivity or clinical risk and cannot replace curated databases or laboratory testing.

Reads a Snapshot space and returns what a voter or an observer needs to act. Per proposal: the choices with their scores and share, total voting power cast, the leading option, the number of voters, the quorum and whether it is met, when voting closes and how much time is left. Scores are marked final or pending — Snapshot computes them asynchronously, and a pending score can still move, so a result read too early is not a result.

Retrieves water quality results for a monitoring site from the Water Quality Portal and normalises them into a comparable shape. The real work is units: the same measurement appears there as mg/L, ug/L, ppm and mg/l in mixed case, and combining them unchecked puts factor-of-thousand errors into any statistic built on top.

Queries the Internet Archive for the captured versions of a URL and returns them with capture time, HTTP status, MIME type and content digest, oldest and newest first. Because consecutive captures share a digest when nothing changed, the versions where the content actually differed are marked — that is the list worth reading, not the raw capture log. A target date returns the nearest snapshot with the gap in days, which is what a citation of a page as it stood on a given day needs.
