Xynaptic AI Bank — the banking/card vertical agent: bring a question + IBAN/BIC/BIN/name, we run the official validation tools (IBAN structure check, BIC lookup, BIN card identification, sanctions screening) and deliver an LLM synthesis. POST { question, iban?, bic?, bin?, counterparty_name? }. Composite, honest.

Agent-native retrieval over x402 — send a query and, optionally, source URLs to index: get back ranked, cited chunks. Hybrid retrieval by default (dense vectors + BM25 keyword search, fused and reranked) beats vector-only search on exact tokens (error codes, API symbols, config keys). Pay-on-success: a query that matches nothing settles nothing. Ask $0.008; prepay $1 = 10,000 credits, spent at 80% of the per-op price (20% off). Docs: https://agentx402.ai

Every signed x402-style payment on Arc since launch, read from the chain (plain USDC transfers carry no marker of what they paid for and are not counted): each EIP-3009 authorization spent on Arc USDC (AuthorizationUsed on 0x3600..., joined to the transfer it moved, in either of the two forms Arc logs it) and every Circle Gateway batch (net flows per address, decoded from submitBatch).

Which agents registered on Arc actually answer. Every endpoint every agent lists in its ERC-8004 registration file (web, A2A, MCP, x402, the file itself) is called once an hour through an address-checked fetcher: A2A cards are read, MCP servers get the initialize handshake, x402 paywalls are parsed the way a standard client would and checked against the on-chain EIP-712 domains of USDC and EURC on Arc (a wrong domain means every signature fails - we name it).

The agent economy on Arc, mapped: every agent in the ERC-8004 identity registry that publishes a registration file (summary.registered and summary.withRegistrationFile carry both counts live; the registry grows, so no count is quoted here) with its name, what it does, the services it sells, its owner, its registration file and whether it accepts x402 payment — plus ?q= to search by capability ('audit', 'escrow', 'data').

Security Briefs Daily: Automation Is the Attack Surface. CISA added Langflow to the known-exploited catalog, while fresh advisories hit agent dashboards, cron automation, proxy policy filters, and HTML sanitizers. One payment returns the full text, and the creator is paid as it is used.

Security Briefs Daily: Agent Tools Escaped Localhost. CISA added exploited SharePoint RCE and two FortiSandbox command-injection entries with July 19 due dates, while fresh MCP and AI-gateway advisories put localhost defaults, discovery fetches, and object-storage endpoints under review. One payment returns the full text, and the creator is paid as it is used.

An Agent Can Now Buy a Gift Card. About Twenty Wallets Have. Bitrefill has sold gift cards, phone credit, and eSIMs for cryptocurrency since 2014, and in June it started selling them to software. There is now a set of endpoints at api.bitrefill.com where an AI agent can search more than 8,000 products across 180-plus countries, price one, generate an invoice, pay it in USDC, and collect a redemption code, with no account and no human in the loop. We ran the whole path. It works. In the census window since, about twenty wallets have paid the step that matt. One payment returns the full text, and the creator is paid as it is used.

Competitors for one x402 resource or capability, over our ~18,000-service harvest of the x402 directories plus our own unpaid 402 probes. Returns the price band (min/median/p90/n) over real listings only, price provenance per rival, whether it publishes a spec an agent can call unattended, observed 30-day demand and settlement network. Never probed reads observed:false, never a guess. Buy before pricing or listing a service, or choosing an endpoint. Charges nothing when nothing matches.

Buy before building or pricing an x402 service. Send an area ("geocoding", "options data"); get the capabilities inside it that few operators serve anywhere in our 18k-service index, each with its listings and, where at least 8 of them publish a usable price, a min/median/p90 band over those advertised prices. Demand appears ONLY where 30-day call and payer counts were observed; every other row is labelled supply-side only, because thin supply is not evidence of demand.

Call any x402 endpoint WITHOUT paying and get back what its own 402 challenge says: the real price, asset, network, payTo address, scheme, timeout, and the request schema when the merchant publishes one. Directory listings are written once and go stale; this is the merchant's own current statement of the terms you are about to accept.

Search the whole x402 economy and get a ranked shortlist of services that can do a job, within a budget. Merges Coinbase Bazaar and 402index into one index keyed by canonical resource URL, then answers the three questions a directory does not: CAN this be invoked (only about 5% publish a call spec, and that is a first-class field here, not something you infer from missing keys), is the price REAL (one live listing advertises ten billion dollars a call — implausible prices are excluded as bad…

Price positioning for an x402 service. Describe what you sell (and optionally what you charge) and get the comparable set — named, counted, and listed — plus your exact percentile within it, the full decile ladder of what those comparables charge, how much demand sits in each price band, and a suggested band derived from the comparables rather than asserted.

Describe a goal and a budget; get back a concrete plan of real x402 calls that would accomplish it — exact URLs, HTTP methods, request shapes, per-step prices from the merchants' own 402 challenges where we have verified them, alternates for every step, and a total you can check before committing. Only services that publish a callable request shape are planned; a step with no invokable candidate is returned as an explicit gap rather than a URL and a shrug.
