Paid capabilities on Base (x402 v1+v2 dual-stack, scheme 'exact'): POST /v1/extract turns plain text into validated structured JSON ($0.01 USDC per call, no account, no API key, no human involved), and GET|POST /v1/verdict returns deterministic rule-based Base token-risk verdicts ($0.02 USDC per call, explicitly not an LLM).
