POST {"category":"web search / extract"} or {"url":"<x402 endpoint>","payload":{...}}; we pay the best real provider, chosen from on-chain settlement data rather than a stale directory, and return its response with proof of why we picked it. You pay the provider price + 10%, quoted in the 402 first. Settle-on-success: charged only after the provider delivers, never for a dead or hollow endpoint.
